Karra Porter is chair of Christensen & Jensen’s FTC Law Team and president of the firm. Karra coordinates the firm’s Federal Trade Commission and commercial litigation matters and is on the cutting edge of FTC law. She has engaged in extensive litigation against the FTC, including numerous motions, depositions, interactions with expert witnesses and hearings, as well as arguing FTC-related issues at the appellate level. In addition to her Martindale-Hubbell AV rating, Karra has consistently been recognized by Thomsen Reuters as a Superlawyer in business litigation and one of the Top 100 attorneys in the intermountain west and by Utah Business magazine as one of Utah’s Legal Elite. FTC Lawyer: Sarah Spencer
Sarah Spencer is a shareholder at Christensen & Jensen whose practice focuses on commercial and tort litigation and appeals. She has practiced extensively in state and federal court and in arbitration proceedings, representing private clients and governmental entities in business disputes, injury, and property damage claims.
