Phil Lowry is a shareholder at Christensen & Jensen. Phil began his legal career as a clerk for a judge on the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, then worked for 15 years as a litigator in Provo where he eventually rose to become managing shareholder of his firm. Phil joined Christensen & Jensen in 2012 after working as acquisitions, procurement fraud and ethics counsel in Utah and Washington, D.C. for the U.S. Air Force, and as a command judge advocate for the Army Special Forces in Afghanistan. Sarah Spencer is a shareholder at Christensen & Jensen whose practice focuses on commercial and tort litigation and appeals.
